Read the Word, Preach the Word, Sing the Word, Pray the Word, Obey the Word
One day a week our entire church gathers together to worship publicly by singing songs of praise to God in a blend of hymns and contemporary songs, reading the Bible, praying, being instructed in and responding to the Word of God as it is preached, and applying God’s truth to our daily lives as we strive to walk worthy of the gospel of Christ.
Our morning services are approximately 1:15-1:30 long. Our evening fellowship hour is less formal and provides opportunity to worship in song, enjoy interactive teaching on different topics, hear testimonies, pray, and simply enjoy one another’s company. On the first Sunday of every month we also worship by gathering around the Lord’s table for communion, and when occasion arises we rejoice to see believers baptized by immersion.
Whoever you are, wherever you come from, and whatever you’ve gone through we’d love you to join us in worship this Sunday. People of all ages and some from different cultures are all part of our church family. Please don’t worry about what you should wear – you’ll find some people dressed casually and some more formally. We want you to feel comfortable when you’re with us.
